Services

We provide services in the recording, mixing and initial mastering of CD's and specialize in digital recording for a crisp, pure sound. Our studio musicians are versatile to play any style of music. Various CD recording packages are available ranging from Basic to Nashville Pro.

Pure Sound Studios is fully licensed in Canada and has a clean, modern facility with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The facility is complete with a lounge area for relaxing between takes.

Pure Sound Studios uses: Zoom® MRS-1608 16 track Recording Studio, Pro Tools LE 7.1, MBox 2 Mini, Melodyne Uno Essential, MAGIX Music Maker 12 Deluxe, Samson Audio & Shure recording microphones, Mackie 24 Channel ® mixer, Yorkville® elite sound system, Behringer studio monitors, Behringer® headphones. Yamaha DTXPRESS III electronic drums, 5 piece Canwood drum kit (with built-in microphones) and Sabian cymbals, Roland and Yamaha keyboards, Roland digital piano, Roland synthesizers, Fender and Ovation acoustic guitars, Gibson Les Paul and Fender electric guitars, Schecter bass guitar, Fender and Old Hickory (Nashville Tennessee) mandolins.

There are ample restaurant and hotel accommodations located within Lloydminster, SK/AB. Lloydminster is built on the border of Alberta and Saskatchewan and is known as Canada's only border city. While in the Lloydminster area be sure to take in the tourist attractions nearby.

NASHVILLE PRO CD PACKAGE

This package offers access to Nashville's finest studio musicians

Digital CD Recording, Mixing and Mastering - $450/song this includes:

-    Lead & Background Vocals

-    Piano / Keyboards

-    Drums / Percussion

-       Bass Guitar

-         Acoustic Guitars

-         Electric Guitars

-   Fiddle, Steel, Harmonica, Dobro, Mandolin, Banjo

    (Whatever is needed)

-   Includes Vocal Tuning

-   1 CD Copy Mixed and Mastered

-   1 CD Copy of the soundtrack (if required)

PRO CD PACKAGE

This package offers access to some of the finest local musicians

Digital CD Recording, Mixing and Mastering - $300/song this includes:

-    Lead & Background Vocals

-    Piano / Keyboards

-    Drums / Percussion

-       Bass Guitar

-         Acoustic Guitars

-         Electric Guitars

-   Up to 4 additional instruments

    (Steel Guitar, Dobro, Mandolin, Fiddle/Violin, Accordion, Harmonica, Banjo)

-   $50/hr for Vocal Tuning (If required)

-   1 CD Copy Mixed and Mastered

-   1 CD Copy of the soundtrack (if required)

STANDARD CD PACKAGE

This package offers access to the in-house studio musicians

Digital CD Recording, Mixing and Mastering - $150/song this includes:

-    Lead & Background Vocals

-    Piano / Keyboards

-    Drums / Percussion

-       Bass Guitar

-         Acoustic Guitars

-         Electric Guitars

-    Mandolin/Ganjo

-   $50/hr for Vocal Tuning (If required)

-   1 CD Copy Mixed and Mastered

-   1 CD Copy of the soundtrack (if required) 

BASIC CD PACKAGE

Digital CD Recording, Mixing and Mastering - $50/hour this includes:

-   Lead & Background Vocals

-   $50/hr for Vocal Tuning (If required)

-   1 CD Copy Mixed and Mastered

-   1 CD Copy of the soundtrack (if required)

-   Can use soundtracks or we can remove vocals off of CD's

Directions

Pure Sound Studios is located only 15 minutes south of Lloydminster, SK. From the Lloydminster city limits, we are 20 Km's South on Hwy 17 & 2 Km's East at Range Road 474 or 14 miles South on Hwy 17 & 1.5 miles East.
